Welcome to 3V Property Services. We are Mike and Kevin, Owner Operators.  We were both raised and continue to live in the Tri-Cities.  We love the outdoors and enjoy all the amenities our beautiful community has to offer.

With our varied climate, routine maintenance of residential and commercial properties is a necessity. Roofs get covered in debris, gutters fill and overflow, walkways and decks get green and slippery, windows get dirty and roofs grow moss.

Our goal is to provide quality workmanship, done at an affordable price, leaving you satisfied with what you have paid us to do.  Unlike many companies, we do not have a centralized office in another province, dispatching crews with costly franchise fees.  We are a local crew, and function just as most trades do. We understand the territory that we work in, and would work on your property the way we would work on our own.

We carry both liability and WCB insurance and exercise safe practices for our safety and yours.
